SHIPPING
Shipping for online orders is currently limited to specific pin-codes in India. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and courier company's shipment delivery norms. Our endeavour is to ensure the products are delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout. Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as business days for deliveries & order processing. Currently, we offer only standard delivery. We will update as and when we introduce express delivery options. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. All orders are processed from our own warehouse in India.
NON AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please ensure that a complete & accurate address is provided including zip/pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping within India we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks. HDFC & Phonepe are our designated payment gateways. A customer may alternatively opt for cash on delivery (only applicable to limited pin codes). NOTE : No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products, and is only applicable in case the product delivered is different from the order placed on our website www.mahina.co and will be determined on a case by case basis.
