SHIPPING POLICY
The terms set out herein shall an integral part of Mahina’s, a unit of Eicher Goodearth Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The User acknowledges that these terms of shipping and delivery policy are limited to direct sales by the Company. The User must make sure that shipping address is complete, true and accurate to ensure that the Products are delivered on time.
The Company is committed to deliver orders with good quality packaging within the time frame specified below. To ensure that orders reach in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier logistics partners only.
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By using the Website and/or initiating a request for purchase of Products on the Website, User agrees to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. If User do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, User is advised not to transact on the Website. Please note that the Company may from time to time change the terms of this Policy. Every time User wishes to use the Website, please check this Policy along with the Terms if Use and Privacy Policy to ensure that User understands the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
Shipping for online orders is currently limited to specific pin-codes in India. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and courier company's shipment delivery norms. Our endeavor is to ensure the products are delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout. Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as business days for deliveries & order processing. Currently, we offer only standard delivery. We will update as and when we introduce express delivery options.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. All orders are processed from our own warehouse in India.
DELAY IN DELIVERY TIME
The User accepts and acknowledges that the delivery maybe delayed on account of a force majeure event which includes but is not limited:
i) Circumstances or causes beyond reasonable control
ii) Logistics issues beyond control
iii) Unsuitable weather conditions
iv) Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, curfew, lockdown, acts of terrorism, acts of any government or authority, fire, explosions etc.
v) Acts of God such as floods, bad weather, earthquakes, pandemic, epidemic, etc. and
vi) Government action or other unforeseeable circumstances.
In such events of delay, the Company shall send an intimation to the User’s registered email id provided at the time of registration.
MANNER OF DELIVERY
The Company partners with third-party logistics service providers (“ Logistic Partners”) in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to the User.
The Company shall provide the details of the Logistics Partner on User’s registered email id which will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of Products at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to Logistic Partner by the Company.
NON -AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
In the event the User is not available to accept the delivery of the Product, Logistics Partner will make a total of 2 attempts to reach out to the User on the registered mobile number. In the event the Logistics Partner is unable to deliver the Product due to non-availability of the User after attempting to reach out, the order for the purchased Products shall be deemed cancelled by the Company and the Product will be sent back to its original source. However, if the User informs the Company of an emergency or inability to accept delivery via email, the Company may hold the Product for an additional 2 (two) days before deeming the order cancelled. An intimation will be provided to the User, by the Company on the registered email Id and phone number. It is clarified that refunds, if any, will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date Product reaches its original source.
In order to receive the same Product, the User shall place a fresh order.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping within India we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks. HDFC & Phonepe are our designated payment gateways. A customer may alternatively opt for cash on delivery (only applicable to limited pin codes).

NOTE : No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products, and is only applicable in case the product delivered is different from the order placed on our website www.mahina.co and will be determined on a case by case basis.
