All you have to do is create an account on the Mahina website and log in. Once you do, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Inner Cycle and your period of perks can begin.
The Mahina Loyalty Program is available only to customers who have registered an account on Mahina.co.
You can earn Mahina Coins in a few different ways — by signing up, shopping on our website, following us on social media, and more. For the full list of ways to earn, click here.
You can redeem your Mahina Coins once you’ve collected at least 1000 coins. Every 1000 coins gives you ₹100 off your order, and you can redeem up to 2000 coins, or ₹200 off, per order. Mahina Coins are linked to your account, which means they are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your Mahina Coins will be credited once your order has been successfully paid for and delivered. In case your order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or partially refunded, coins will not be added for that purchase. If a return or refund is processed later, the related coins may also be adjusted.
Mahina Coins are valid for 2 months from the date they’re credited to your account. Make sure to redeem them within that period, as unused coins will expire after that.
Mahina Coins can only be redeemed at checkout and cannot be applied after your order has been placed.
Only one offer can be applied to an order, so Mahina Coins cannot be used together with discount codes, promotions, or sale offers.
Yes. Once your review has been verified and approved, you can earn Mahina Coins based on the type of review you submit:
- 1000 coins for a written review
- 2000 coins for a review with an image
- 3000 coins for a video review
For each product, only the first review submitted by you will be eligible for coin rewards. Additional reviews for the same product will not qualify for more coins. All reviews are subject to Mahina’s review and approval process for coin rewards.
